NGO MicroFinS


MicroFinS is non-profit, non-governmental and apolitical association of citizens. It was established in December 2000, as the first local microfinance organization.

Client's Education


The number of employed persons has been decreasing over the past ten years in our country, especially since the world economic crisis in 2008. In 2011, the unemployment rate has reached its historical maximum in Serbia, say statistics. The unemployment rate of IDPs is higher than for the domicile population up to 10%.



With aim to help the most vulnerable categories of our society in terms of training and additional qualifications and increase their chances for employment, MicroFinS in cooperation with UNHCR organizes free vocational trainings for internally displaced persons from the Kosovo and Metohija in the following:


Masonry rworks;

Manicure & Pedicure with wax treatment;

Ceramic tiling;

Plaster works;


Bartending & Waiter/waitress;

Aesthetic massage;

Cosmetic Services;



All vocational trainings are organized on the territory of city of Belgrade, where the majority of IDPs are residing.

Interested applicants have to fill in an application form for attendance in particular training and bring the copy of valid identity card / IDP identification.

For some of the vocational trainings sanitary check-up is required.



Participants who are regular in attending and successfully pass the test at the end of training will receive the Course Participation Certificate.
